You’re on the right track with the filenames matching the booking IDs. To get the PDFs into Lexware’s document repository, you usually need to import them through the “Belegverwaltung” (document management) tool, not just move them manually. Try using the import function there and make sure the PDFs are in the correct folder structure that Lexware expects. Just placing them in the client folder won’t trigger recognition.
