Datev Export Berechnungsliste in Excel format

Dear Datev Community,

I'm trying to export the Berechnungsliste and the only options I can see is PDF or Word document. It is possible to export this type of data (related with Tax Return) in Excel format?

it could be very helpful if you describe your goal.

What type of tax is your "Berechnungliste"? Income tax? Sales tax return? ... ?

In the standard I do not see any possibilities to export from the DATEV software in the desired file type. However, I am missing on the idea of what this might be necessary.

"Berechnungliste" is about income tax.

If I got your message right, it means we cannot extract income tax data from DATEV in EXCEL, correct?

Do you know if it is possible via API?

Maybe you can get your requested data via KRExport (https://apps.datev.de/help-center/search?q=krexport)?

@janm das wird leider nichts werden, weil es um Berechnungslisten aus der Einkommensteuer geht. KRExport bezieht sich nur auf Rechnungswesen.

I'm not quite sure what you're trying to accomplish.

Usually, there is not much data in the "calculation lists with which you can evaluate something. And with the small amount of data, it makes more sense to type it out according to your needs.

Unfortunately, I do not see a useful way.

Der Benutzername @ffeijao klingt portugiesisch ("Bohneneintopf" oder so ähnlich), kommuniziert wird auf englisch, gearbeitet wird aber evtl. mit deutschsprachigen Datev-Programmen, vielleicht auf einem englischsprachigen Windows-System

You can try to import the PDF-file directly in excel (only works on excel265)

Office 365/Microsoft 365 users can import data from a PDF to Excel. Here is how it works.

Step 1: Go to the Data tab and click Get Data > From File > From PDF.

Step 2: Choose the PDF File you want to import to Excel and click Import.

Step 3: All tables and pages in the PDF file will be opened in the Power Query Navigator window. Select a table or page you want to import and click Load button to import the PDF table to the Excel sheet.

If you are using a different excel-version try one of the online-converters, e.g.

https://www.ilovepdf.com/pdf_to_excel

i'm not saying that using an online converter is the way to go, because you need to make sure to keep your clients' data secure and out of reach of others.

Ganz bewusst und provokant schreibe ich nunmehr auf Deutsch. Ich hatte nach dem Ziel der Aktion gefragt und keine sinnvolle Antwort erhalten.

Ohne sinnvolle Beschreibung des Zwecks der Datengewinnung kann auch kein Lösungsweg aufgezeigt werden. Also bitte konkret den Wunsch formulieren.

Große Datenmengen lassen sich ohnehin nicht aus ESt gewinnen. Jede Erklärung muss einzeln aufgerufen werden um sie dann weiterzuverarbeiten.

DATEV kann auch in Word (.rtf) ausgeben, die Umwandlung in das Excel Format geht von da aus wesentlich komfortabler als das Gefrickel über .pdf.

... und wenn eine Software 'nur' ein deutschsprachiges User-Interface hat (Menüs, Eingabemasken, Meldungen, Hilfetexte, Auswertungen etc. ), müsste sich der Anwender wohl oder übel mit der deutschen Sprache 'anfreunden'

... also sollte man meiner Meinung nach auch in deutscher Sprache helfen können (müssen)
