@Türköz es könnte ein wenig mehr helfen, nicht nur eine meterlange Fehlermeldung hier zu posten, aus denen man ein paar Vermutungen folgern könnte. Vielmehr könnte es für die lesenden hier von Vorteil sein, zu wissen, was Sie da vorher gemacht haben.

Handelt es sich um eine Netzwerk- oder Einzelplatzinstallation bzw. um ein Update derselben; ist es der Server, der Arbeitsplatz  oder was auch immer?

Die Meldung "Der Eintrag existiert nicht in der Konfigurationsdatenbasis." könnte auf ein Netzwerkproblem schließen.

Aber wer weiß, ob Sie eine DATEV-Netzwerkinstallation haben? Außer Sie selbst...

Stimme Ihnen zu. Ich habe ein Update per Installationsmanager Netzinstallation gestartet. Anschließend ist das Problem aufgetaucht. Ich finde ebenfalls nichts in DATEV Hilfe. Lediglich Google KI weist Hilfe auf, deren Umsetzung teils nicht möglich ist. 

Vermutlich muss ich am Montag die Mitarbeiter diesbezüglich informieren.

Client-Server Installation?

Haben sie den Server schon aktualisiert? Ist dort alles einwandfrei verlaufen?
