Need help. I tried to install DATEV "Kanzlei und Rechnungswesen" but got an error. Then I tried to install Zahlungsverkehr separately but got the same error about Datev Platform.
But, for example, "Lohn und Gehalt" is installed without any errors
Any suggestions? What and where to do?

What do you want? You'll try to install another DATEV PC-Client? Or ...?
If it's a completely new install, you have to go via "Installation starten". There you can select "Neuinstallation" and select all programs, you want to install. DATEV then installs all selected programs in correct order because some programs depend on other programs (i.e. DATEV Kanzlei Rechnungswesen needs DATEV Arbeitsplatz first and Zahlungsverkehr needs DATEV Rechnungswesen).
It's WTS with Datev Client and completely new install

That's correct. But if it's a new install you have to check the box "Neuinstallation". Otherwise DATEV wont install anything.
What does the logfile tells you?
So I go your way. But I didn't find the checkbox "Neuinstallation", I have only "Typical (recommended option)" and "Custom" installations. And I installed applications only via Installations-Manager 4.52
"Zahlungsverkehr needs DATEV Rechnungswesen" - both of them have cross-links to each other.
And here it is - the same error.
Also Zahlungsverkehr can not be installed because of...Zahlungsverkehr.

So what am i doing wrong?
No, that's the wrong window. You don't have to install all programs manually by rightclicking on it.
Take this way:
Klick, next.
Activate checkbox Neuinstallation and choose all programs which you want to install.
Then DATEV puts all programs to install automatically in the right install order.
Try to run the "Servicetool" and perhaps check the red lamps.

Another attempt to install DATEV:
1. I did deinstallation of Datev from DatevWTS via deinstnacharbeitentool.exe and rebooted the server
2. I did installation of Datev-Platform from DVD using default (recommended) settings and rebooted the server
3. I can't proceed with install of Datev-Programs because the installation source pull-down list is empty. What I missed? What's wrong?

If you clean the registry completely by searching after DATEV and DATEVeG. There are 2 main keys: HKLM and HKCU > software.

Thanks a lot for your appropriate help. The topic question was successfully resolved. The main cause of errors was faulty hardware key (SWM). After SWM replacement the Datev installation was like a piece of cake
