Hello,

I have a question regarding the integration of our software with DATEV Rechnungswesen. I need to transfer invoices from our software to DATEV.

Here’s what I have done so far:

  • I registered on developer.datev.de and created my application.
  • I connected accounting:clients, accounting:extf-files, and accounting:dxso-jobs (as I haven't decided yet whether to use XML or CSV).
  • I implemented the authorization and have obtained a token.
  • For testing, I implemented accounting:clients and can retrieve information for the Test6 user.

The questions I have are:

  1. Where can I find information on the XML document structure for accounting:dxso-jobs or the structure of EXTF? I noticed that before the portal update to the new version, this information was available, and even some Google links still exist. However, after the portal update, all links are broken, and I couldn’t find a complete description of these formats on the new portal to implement them.

  2. After I implement invoice submission in EXTF or XML, how can I test my integration? Is it possible to download a demo version of DATEV Rechnungswesen? Or is there any other way to do this? I would like to send an invoice file and ensure that it is processed and imported into the Rechnungswesen software.

Thank you!

Hello,

the descriptions can be found under the following links:

https://developer.datev.de/de/file-format/details/5 (DATEV format)

https://developer.datev.de/de/file-format/details/4 (xml interface)

In addition to the file and record descriptions, there is also sample data for the respective format.
