Sorry for explaining my problem in English but I'm not that good in the German language.
I was working for a company for 2.5 years and were using Datev for storing all documents.
A few months ago I quit and unfortunately I can no longer access my account where I can download my documents.
Moreover, I've been to a certain period of time, but recently I tried to log in but did not work.
Could you please tell what is the best way to get back my documents because I need them for many reasons.

Could you explain to me who is the owner of this account and that is the rule of deactivation and is there option to get my documents back?.
Your tax consultant only can setup Arbeitnehmer online and help you. So you have to talk to him to get your documents. I think, you don't get them digitally anymore because your account is deactivated.
Or the tax consultant of his former employer.
This is a problem of the "Arbeitnehmer Online" concept. It really dosen't work as orginally advertised.
