Lohn und Gehalt 10.72 bricht beim setup ab

Hallo zusammen,

muss einen defekten PC austtauschen, die software Mittelstand Faktura mit Rechnungswesen compact V. 07.10 lies sich pohne Probleme installieren, Lohn und Gehalt 10.72 bricht immer beim Setup nach dem  Punkt RZ-Kommunikation pro bei Lohn und Gehalt mit einem Side-by-Side Fehler ab.

Habe den PC schon 2 mal neu installiert, aber immer der selbe Fehler.

Laut Microsoft sind das aber DLL's aus Windows 8 oder Windows2012.

Habe den Rechner mit einer ganz neuen Windows10 x64 Home installiert, was der alte auch war.

Haben Sie mal das Servicetool ausgeführt?

Klappt grundsätzlich die DFÜ?

Mangelnde Rechte schliesse ich aus, da Rechnungswesen funktioniert.

Servicetool ist ohne Fehler gelaufen, DFÜ klappt, da Rechnungswesen sauber installiert wurde (mit Nacharbeiten) und auch funktioniert.

Problem gelöst, habe eine andere usrstart.dll genommen (ausgetauscht von vorheriger Version) und schon hat es geklappt, warum auch immer.

Alles läuft und Kunde ist zufrieden.

...noch als Nachtrag, WICHTIG!!!

Wenn die Installation mit der "falschen" UsrStart.dll geklappt hat muss zwingend dach nochmals von der DVD eine Reperaturinstallation von Lohn und Gehal gemacht werden!!!!! Ansonsten keine Mandanten-Daten und Rechtefehlermeldung!!

Schritt 1: Komplette DVD auf Ordner auf Festpatte kopieren

Schritt 2: Im neuen Ordner unter Depot\P0000041\001001357\UsrStart.dll umbenennen

Schritt 3: aus dem nächsten Ordner unter "Depot\P0000041\001001357" die UsrStart.ddl in den Ordner Depot\P0000041\001001357 kopieren und Setup aus Ordner(Festplatte) starten.

Schritt 4: Alle Nacharbeiten machen

Schritt 5: Reboot und danach von DVD eine Reperaturinstallation von Lohn und Gehalt, alle Nacharbeiten nochmals prüfen, das war alles was ich getan habe.

Leider hat das bei mir nicht funktioniert. Der Datev Support konnte das Problem lösen, hatte bei uns anscheinend mit der Konfiguration von Win 10 Pro zu tun. Hoffe  kommt auch noch ein kurzer Bericht darüber.

Bei mir haben alle Lösungsvorschläge die hier gemacht wurden leider nicht geholfen. Gibt es schon einen Bericht zu der Problemlösung des Datev Supports?

Hallo,

das musste der Support lösen. Ist anscheinend ein Problem, welches "nur" bei Neuinstallationen bzw. Rechnerumzug auftritt. Hier mussten Dateien angepasst werden. Muss über den Support gemacht werden, die sollten jedoch Bescheid wissen. Wichtig ist denen zu sagen, dass es sich um einen Rechnerumzug handelt.

der Tipp 10. von Andreas, ist schon die Lösung, aber die Anleitung ist nicht korrekt.

PC mit Windows 10 Pro neueste Version und ganz aktuell upgedatet.

Erst mal den Inhalt der DVD auf die Festplatte, z.B. in "C:\DatevInst" und dann,

die Datei "usrstart.dll" kopieren:

   Quellverzeichnis: "C:\DatevInst\DEPOT\P0000047\000998525\"

   Zielverzeichnis: "C:\DatevInst\DEPOT\P0000041\001001357\"

Andere Lösung, weil an dem liegt es:

Visual C++ 2008 (VC9) x86 aus dem Internet herunterladen und installieren,

danach klappt die Installation von Lohn und Gehalt compact auch.

Visual C++ ist ja bei der Installation dabei, aber wohl die falsche Version.

Zum Schluss musste ich noch in der Verwaltung/Dienste, den Dienst DATEV DFL-Service-Manager auf "Automatisch" einstellen und starten... Den stellt das Installationsprogramm auf Beendet und Manuell ein, und hinterlässt das einfach so!

Die Installation ist nur eins: nämlich ein Chaosprogramm...

Es handelt sich bei mir um keinen Umzug, oder Ähnliches! Neuinstallation auf komplett neuem System, das ich letztlich frisch dafür aufgesetzt habe, da war auch nichts verhunzt. Verschiedene Probleme auf 3 unterschiedlichen Betriebssystemen.

Schei...egal,

garantiert das letzte Datev Programm, dass ich irgendwo installiert habe.

Viel Geduld und Valium für alle, die das machen müssen!
