    <description>&lt;HTML&gt;&lt;HEAD&gt;&lt;/HEAD&gt;&lt;BODY&gt;&lt;P&gt;Hello Mr. Guilhou,&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;cost centers and cost objects are not considered differently in DATEV Cost Accounting. &lt;SPAN lang="EN"&gt;It is not recommended to use the field „KOST1" for cost centers and the field „KOST2" when booking, because two KOST systems are required for this &lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;method.&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/SPAN&gt;Cost centers and cost objects are usually represented together in one number. For example, with a 6-digit number, the first 3 characters could represent the cost center and the last 3 characters the cost object.
