So far as I'm famliar with the various DATEV Programms al user guides should they exist at all, are in german only.

Otherwise you might search inside LEXinfom database; available either via https://www.datev.de/dnlexom/client/app/index.html or via the searchbar in the right upper corner of the "Arbeitsplatz".
